Loulis Mills & SAP S/4HANA
Loulis Mills SA implemented S/ 4HANA on Azure with TEKA Systems S.A.
The group of companies Loulis Mills SA selected TEKA Systems SA for the design and the implementation of S/4HANA on Azure regarding its companies in Greece and Bulgaria. The project included designing and implementing the subsystems of Financial Management, Audit, Sales and Distribution, Warehouse and Material Management, Production Planning, and Quality Control. The project was implemented and delivered by TEKA Systems on schedule (11 months) and is in full operation since the beginning of 2020, supporting four state-of-the-art production units located in Sourpi, Keratsini, Thiva, and General Toshevo in Bulgaria as well as 3 storage facilities in Mandra Attica, Thessaloniki, and Kavala.
Upon the implementation of S/4HANA on Azure, the group of companies Loulis Mills SA standardized its procedures for all its companies. Moreover, it acquired real-time structured information on daily movements at all distribution and production points it operates. This implementation also includes interfaces with two external systems, the BUHLER which concerns the production processes in the Wheat Silo, the Milling and Mixing, as well as TRACE PRO, which concerns Administration and production processes. At the same time, SAP FIORI applications were implemented for the order taking and payment collection procedures used by its network in all geographical areas of Greece and Bulgaria.
In addition to the design and implementation of the SAP S/4HANA on Azure system at the Loulis Mills group of companies, TEKA Systems SA offers installation maintenance and support services.
